Welcome to UConn Engineering! As associate dean for undergraduate programs, my role is to support you as you explore, learn, and grow during your time in the College of Engineering. Whether you already know exactly what kind of engineer you want to be or you’re still figuring that out, you’ll find plenty of opportunities here to discover your passions and build your path forward.
At UConn, learning doesn’t just happen in the classroom. From hands-on labs and design projects to internships, research, and global experiences, you’ll have the chance to apply your skills to real-world challenges. Our faculty, advisors, and staff are here to guide you, and our strong connections with industry mean you’ll be well prepared for whatever comes next.
Most importantly, UConn Engineering is a community. You’ll meet classmates who will become teammates, mentors, and lifelong friends. You’ll find student organizations, design teams, and leadership opportunities that let you dive in, get involved, and make your mark.
We’re excited to see what you’ll create, discover, and achieve as part of our Husky Engineering family. Welcome – we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you!
